My daily prize wall quests won’t complete today. I do the “complete 10 stages” one and when I try to collect on it, I get a message saying to complete the quest’s requirements to collect the reward, and then it resets.

The raid button on the hero screen is not working correctly.
You can still use the menu on the hero screen to go to the campaign and raid each location, completing daily quests, but you won’t be able to use the shortcut to raid them all.
We have identified the issue but we will not be able to fix this before we close for our winter break as it will need a full client update. I know that it’s extra tapping to get all the hero chips you want and it can be tedious. A number of our team are already gone for the holiday and I want to give them their full time off to celebrate with their families.

can the Raid All button be hidden without a client update, to avoid inevitable frustration in the meantime?

These deals nowadays are useless. Why buy 800 thousand gold for 1000 diamonds when you can get 2.04 million gold for 10 diamonds? These deals really need to get fixed: or you increase the amount of gold, or you reduce the diamonds cost or eliminate this gold deals. @Polaris, do you think something can be done for these deals?

These are part of an automatic deal system and it looks like the values are way out of date. I’ve made a ticket for the team to review these in the new year!

Go to elite in the map. If you raid the stage individually, it should count for the prize wall. It worked for me this way

I’ve seen players within the game, on a Discord server, and on the forum who seemed to not know. 
Apparently they assumed that if the Raid All button was broken, then raiding Elite in general was broken.
On one of my accounts I tried this on after seeing people reporting the bug, I was seemingly able to do a multi-raid in Elite and claim the Prize Wall quest for it, but when I went back to my account that progress had been undone. No doubt we can argue that it should have been tested more thoroughly, but I think it’s a stretch to assume it wasn’t tested at all.

I can do it from the level and some people can’t, but the hero screen is a no go

The Delayed Arrival (
) sabotage is not only bugged, it’s apparently bugging the rest of any war fight where it’s used:
@TheGrillFather, could you pass this video along to the dev team after the holidays and see if we can get that sabotage removed from the pool until it’s been properly debugged?

We’ve been experiencing that for a long time. Send your in game support ticket to staff and explain them that and they will be well informed on it.

I’ve done that too, but on an issue of this importance I’m not going to rely solely on support.
And the Delayed Arrival sabotage certainly looks like it’s even more broken now than it was the last time I saw it a few months ago. Back then I wasn’t seeing heroes completely vanishing from the screen despite still being there, as with the second fight in this battle.

I don’t think they will realistically fix this. Its been broken for at least an year, if not more. Seeing all the bizarre things that happen when we use it makes me believe it would be extremely complex to properly address.
I think its about time the team removes this sabotage until its fixed, if it is ever fixed.

Delayed arrival is kind of counterproductive anyway. If you use it against someone like Zeus or Baymax, they’ll just show up later and nuke your team while your defenses are down. You’re better off using Vinny to block their opening strikes, or others who can defend against them.

That’s why I wouldn’t object to it being removed from the game altogether. I don’t think that would justify leaving it in the game in its current broken state, though.
