For all the people who invariably post about how 10 chips for $5 is an awful deal:
Suppose someone pays $50 to get 5 pizzas for a party, and eats just two slices themself. Would you say it was ridiculous for them to pay $50 for two slices?
The entire point of the Guild Gift deals is that youâre buying resources for the entire guild. Hence the name Guild Gift. These deals, for a full guild, are for 500 chips for $5, not 10 chips for $5. The problem isnât the number of chips; the problem is that, for most guild members, the chips will be worthless. If it was $5 for 100 stamina refills per member, I would hope anyone willing to spend for the game would jump on that deal instead of complaining about how $5 is too much for that many stamina refills.
(Not that weâll ever see a Guild Gift deal for 100 stamina refills; Iâm beginning to doubt weâll ever even see one for 10.)
If everyone in a guild buys it, itâs pretty much a free 6 star Kristoff.
But itâs very unlikely that a full guild will buy it

The only guilds with anything like even 25% purchase of the deal are probably the top 2-3 guilds 
I canât see guilds below that having more than 10 players at most buy deals of this value - below the top 10, Iâd be surprised to see more than 5 purchases

Youre missing the entire point. They are releasing deals for hero chips that are already obtainable in many places in the game. Its a terrible deal because the resource is already there and can be easily obtained with the resources players already have. What they are doing, is trying to boost their own sales. What they should be doing, is offering resources that are not easily offered at the time based on the server. This doesnât help any player. The last 2 guild gifts have been nothing but trash and a joke.

People still see it as gaining 10 Chips for themselves in the first place tho. Not only it is a non-essential resource, but most are thrown over the fact that if others donât buy it, he/she is the sore idiot. Thatâs the detrimental part. Plus 10 chips not being worth 5M+ gold of the first gift.

âThe pointâ is that these last two guild gift deals were garbage and not worth the money. I donât see how Pip was missing it. 
Heâs also spot on, Iâm in a pretty average guild (~top 50) and there were only a few people who bought the first gift, let alone these last two disappointments. Ten chips are ten chips, theyâre pretty much worthless regardless of how many people receive them. Only whale guilds are getting hundreds at a time from this.

Theres are only few guilds where all memebers or maxm members buy those deals.
I m in a top 15 guild and only 3 members have gifted . .And points is they are giving chips of heroes whom we can earn easily like kristoff in surge , pooh in cw shop.
Maybe Chips of Event exclusive they give, will be âokâ
