Second concept ready… no need for new freezers in game rn but she couldn’t NOT be one :upside_down_face:


Katara



“You’re not the only one who draws power from the moon. My bending is more powerful than yours, Hama. Your technique is useless on me.”


The brave Katara defends her allies in battle as she takes on her enemies with her powerful water attacks, leaving them in a frozen prison.


Katara is a front-line control hero


Trial Team: Blue


Stars: :star:


ANIMATIONS

Entrance: A little pool of water for Katara to use appears around her position. Katara runs to her position and jumps over the pool with an ice ramp.

Victory: Katara smirks.

Defeat: Katara kneels and cries with anger.


Basic Attack: Katara hits the closest enemies with a water whip.


SKILLS

White Skill: Freezing Wave

:fist: Normal Damage

Passive: Katara fights from a land spot in the middle of the pool. She cannot move and she is immune to knockbacks.

Active: Katara throws a huge wave at enemies in front of her and then freezes the water, dealing X damage to each enemy hit and freezing them for 10 seconds.

With each subsequent use, Katara deals X bonus damage to enemies and freezes them for 2 seconds longer.

Green Skill: Healing Water

Katara uses her healing skills on herself and allies around her. All affected allies regain X HP, receive 2 stacks of Hardy and are Protected for 7 seconds.

While they’re Protected, allies are healed by X whenever their HP reaches 1.

Blue Skill: Ice Trap

3 seconds after a wave starts, if there are enemies near Katara, she takes water out of her pool and traps herself and nearby enemies in a block of ice for 4 seconds.

While they’re in the block, Katara chains enemies inside of it, causing them to be unable to deal damage or apply disables for 6 seconds after the freeze is over.

The chaining has a chance to fail against enemies above level Z.

Purple Skill: Ice Shards

:fist: Normal Damage

Whenever an enemy is frozen by Katara or her allies, ice shards fly out to enemies nearby, dealing X damage and sapping them for 6 seconds.

Red Skill: Waterbending Master

“Healing Water” also grants Katara Energized for 14 seconds. While Energized by this skill, Katara gains 100 additional energy whenever she performs a basic attack.

After “Ice Trap” is activated, water whips from Katara’s basic attacks freeze enemies damaged for 5 seconds.

The freeze has a chance to fail against enemies above level Z.

Additional Stat Boosts:
+Z Max HP
+181 (+1 per additional level) Tenacity
+Z HP Healed by “Healing Water”

X = Skill Power; Y = Basic Damage; Z = Level Cap

  • When a Shattered enemy is frozen, they take Z true damage
  • Every 3rd enemy damaged by “Ice Shards” is Shattered for 2 (+1 per additional star) seconds

Katara - Elsa
Northern Wind
Longer and Stronger chaining
Allies: Darkwing Duck, Olaf, Yzma
Friendship Campaign: Rebuild the Ice Castle

  • +Z Basic Damage
  • +Z Reality
  • Katara deals 15%×S more damage to enemies while they’re chained
  • The chaining from “Ice Trap” lasts for 0,6 (+ 0,6 per additional star) seconds longer

Yes! I’m not sure if the pool of water is necesary since Tia Dalma summons a tidal wave without there being any water, but it also may be required so that’s fine. :grin:

Ah, Okay then XD.

(I though Tia Dalma needed water too. :man_shrugging: Never seen PotC so I wouldn’t know.)

You could also have her set up with the tentacle hands thing instead, or have it in a bottle of water.

It’s fine to leave as is, I’m just trying to offer alternatives. :man_shrugging:
