Are you an expert on Zurg? Well, Djaq mainly uses Zurg, and his Zurg is pretty good, though he could be better with a refresh/buff

And honestly, I do not think Zurg needs a refresh, he is balanced as is.

Not true. I have wiped out whole Slinky teams with Zurg. But he needs allies, which is why I’m saying he is decent.
Point is, old heroes can (not will) be great.

Not just me pretty much my whole sever doesn’t and for a good reason. If Buzz and Zurg were so good I would be seeing them a lot more which I don’t
I dont see tooooooo much John silver and many new heroes, Ngl Every comp is LiKe slinky disgust ian hades etc.
Well you answered you own question because they are new heroes so people are not going to use them straight away as there are not ready to use yet ?
Simple Because Buzz and Zurg are old,People think they are bad. But They dont know the potential they have, They find comps for new heroes, Try with Olds, Buzz is great way to counter Slinky( Red Skill 
)
