Description- The right hand man of Davey Jones Bootstrap Bill Turner uses his pirate skills on the battlefield
ANIMATIONS
Entrance- Bootstrap Bill steps out of the wall behind him then the wall disappears
Victory- Bootstrap Bill drinks some rum
Defeat- Bootstrap Bill falls down gasping for breath
SKILLS
Basic attack- Bootstrap Bill slashes at the closest enemy dealing x damage
White skill- 5 Lashes
Bootstrap pulls out his whip and lashes 5 times at the backmost enemy dealing x damage and giving Bill 3 stacks of hardy. This deals x damage over time.
Green skill- Friendly Wager
Bootstrap challenges the closest enemy to a game. This stuns the enemy for 7 seconds. He then bets an eternity of service. Bill then rolls his dice healing him x and giving him x armor. Bill loses the wager giving him x hp after he dies reviving him. The revive is only effective once per battle
Blue skill- Dastardly Warning
At the beginning of battle the player selects and ally for Bootstrap to give a warning to. If the battle is on auto Bill selects the ally with the lowest power. This increases that allies attack speed by 200% for 12 seconds and gives that ally a 7 second shield. This gives Bootstrap x more armor.
Purple skill- Cruel Punishment
“5 lashes” Now blinds the enemy for 8 seconds and gives Bill x armor. If the enemy is a control role the time of the stun is doubled
Red skill- Eternity of service
If Bill revives himself in the 1st wave he gains x armor and x tendency.
+5 shield
+150% boosted attack speed for 6 seconds
+x damage on 5 lashes

Disk- Normal damage deals x less damage to Bill
