Borders not in game yet

When Collections and borders first released on Updates 1.10 they showed this image that has borders that aren’t in the game

What happened to the borders

So obviously I was wondering what happened to the borders that were shown ages ago? Here’s a picture of them (found in the 1.10 patch notes I think) [Collections%20Shop] Now I know we have had the addition of contest borders and I like them and it’s a great contest reward, however I feel the collection shop is kind of getting forgotten which is really sad as I loved that idea like many others did too!
