Bowler Hat Guy
Description: A man of past regressions, Micheal “Goob” Yagoobian with the help of Doris, his “Bowler Hat”, controls the enemy line through mind control.

Animations
Basic Attack: Doris summons a mini-doris to attack the closest enemy.

Entrance: Bowler Hat Guy walks in while Doris scans the arena.
Victory: Bowler Hat Guy and Doris fistbump.
Defeat: Bowler Hat Guy watches in horror as Doris shrivels up into nonexistence.
Gameplay
White Skill:
“Hat’s Off”
The player chooses an enemy for Doris to target. Doris then plants herself onto the enemy, mind controlling them for 8 seconds. Enemies that are mind controlled will not be able to perform any skill and will lose X basic damage per second.
Green Skill:
“Hidden Contraptions”
Doris flies up from the Bowler Hat Guy’s head and reveal her metal razors and rushing toward the enemy line dealing X damage to all enemies.

Blue Skill:
“Checked Off”
When an enemy gets k’oed, the Bowler Hat Guy will take out his unicorn folder and checks off a note from his list increasing all of his allies evasion by 50.
Purple Skill:
“Deranged and Deluded”
Hat’s off can now remove 2 buffs from the chosen enemy. The buff removal will have a chance to fail against enemies above level X.
Red Skill:
“Don’t Let it Go”
At the start of each wave, the Bowler Hat Guy grants all of his allies a 30% chance to dodge all attacks. Also, for every 5 seconds of combat, the Bowler Hat Guy’s skill power increases by X.

Campaign: (Quackerjack after seeing what Doris can do, comes up with a plan with the Bowler Hat Guy to get rid of Darkwing Duck. Quackerjack using Doris’s technology, will build a hat reminiscent of Darking’s and use it to mind control him).
