I have not been able to update. It tells be to update, but when I try it takes me to the app which tells,me to open not update. If I hit “open” it take me back to the screen that says I need to update. Can you please address this concern. I see that several people have the same issue, but we are not getting answers. Thank you.
Welcome to the forums. If you have a Amazon device it is a problem they are trying to fix.

We still do not have a resolution to this from Amazon. When we have more details, they will be posted in the known issues thread.
14 days still no answer. Wil intervene fixed? No one from JetBlue is responding to queries.
