Can t open game on kindle fire since yesterday’s update stuck in a pool saying need update, no update in all store, click on open returned to all store. Tried removing game from device and reinstalled no help. What is going on?
I’m having the same problem.
If you have access to Google Play on your device, you can install the app from there and access your account. Otherwise, you’ll need to wait until we resolve this with Amazon support.
Any idea when that may be?! I’ve probably already been kicked from my guild! That can’t be undone, guys.
Is anyone working on this? I still can’t play and I’m not seeing anything else about it in the forums.
It’s in the known issues thread. That will be updated when we get more information from Amazon about why those devices are blocked.
