Keeps telling me whenever I try to open any video in game that “There isn’t a video available. Check back later!”
Thanks, don’t usually come on here and looked to see if I could find anything about it, but no such luck

It would be nice if we could contact the people who run the game to notify them of problems. When are the videos going to be working again
@SheRah and @Capn_IX, based on Polaris’ response on the linked thread, the issue seems to be linked to individual accounts - there probably isn’t going to be a general fix for everyone so I’d recommend you put in a support ticket in-game where they should be able to fix it for you.
In the beginning, removing the game in task manager and restarting it fixed this for me. Now I don’t know as I have already VIP level.

I can but there is not a place to contact the game only to come to forums and discuss crap
On the main game screen, tap your character icon then tap support. In the top corner it should say “Contact us” and you can describe your issue to the support team.
