City Watch Reset Lag

Is everyone else still having issues with a significant lag when they reset their City Watch?

This has been happening for nearly a year now. I have complained to Support and they typically respond with “reset the app”. Unfortunately, this still doesn’t work. I sometimes have to wait an hour or so to return to the game and see that CW has finally reset.

I did put it down to connection but it’s happened a few times now; there seems to be some huge lag when resetting Epic city watch. After pressing reset it takes a really long time for the map to actually reset - I’ve tried closing and reopening it even, and then it just sits forever on the loading screen. It does eventually load but it’s very slow. It’s not been an issue before

@Loutre this bug persists despite the apparent fix in 3.3 - I just got it this morning stuck in this state for around 1 minute before the reset went through [Screenshot_20210828-111517]

Yeah, this used to happen to me about once a week, now it’s 4 or 5 days a week on at least one of my accounts. And I’m lucky if it takes a minute to reset; it’s usually on the order of 2-5 minutes.
