It helps if you say something with your posts rather than just post screenshots. That way people will know what you are trying to comment on and, hopefully, offer something helpful.
I’m assuming it’s got something to do with the fact that the screenshots show different amounts of points being rewarded for the same thing. I’m also assuming that the two screenshots are taken from accounts on different servers. If these two assumptions are correct then this is perfectly normal and has been explained in previous threads. I’ll try and find one and link it for you.
I’ve seen this happening on the same server
It’s not possible for different players to have different point settings on the same server. The configuration is for the entire server and can’t be targeted to groups.
