As a fan of the books…I am not
A lot of the casting is just not good and the trailer has a very big spoiler that was supposed to be the big twist in the book.

I’m wondering then if episode 5 is him as the President Loki or in the older Avengers 1 suit he wore in the trailers. This is getting interesting.

I know. Why did one of the time keepers look like the Lorax? 
Also I’m sure Mobius (and everyone else that was pruned) survived considering Loki was transported to an area where other Lokis reside.
Isn’t there a Soccer Loki variant or am I just makin that up?

The Bad Batch episode 10 - Common ground
A bit of a more filler episode this week, but nonetheless fun to watch.
Omega was left behind this episode but turned out to be able to take care of herself very well (as we could have known). One very special part of the episode was also to see that Hunter missed her on the mission and Tech had to correct him 
The mission itself was also interesting, in showing us how the Republic reformed itself to the Empire militarily. They still used the old Republican Tanks, but the torture bots we know from the empire were also already in place.
Saw HSM TMTS S2 Episode 8 today. A bit late, but okay
HSM TMTS - Most likely to
A very good episode this week with a whole lot of character development. Especially E.J was great this episode. He got what he wanted, realizing it wasn’t what he wanted.
Big Red slowely gets more comfortable with Ashlyn and it’s great to see. Maybe the best ‘ship’ of the series!
Also loved the song at the end! Emotional and fitting to all aspects of the episode!

So, two Loki related things.
Spoilers for both things

First thing is, that was not a Soccer Loki variant. It was a Tour De France Loki.
And that’s just a edited picture of Tom Hiddleston, I believe. That makes it funnier.

Second, I really wish when Loki and Mobius went to Pompeii in episode 2, that the song Pompeii by Bastille played. It kind of fits the show and the style so it should have imo. Maybe in the finale? I hope. I just want the song in the MCU.
Monsters at work
- the show truly captures the spirit of the original film
- I like a lot of the references to the original film and monsters university
- the mift team seem the right amount of strange yet enjoyable (Duncan is my favorite)
- speaking of Duncan he sort of reminds me of Dwight schrute from the office being that weird guy who is the second in command ho wants the main job and wants to prevent all others from getting the job. He also seems like a rival for tylor.
Loki
- alligator Loki is the best character in the show
- throg is much canon now and I love it

Summary
I don’t understand something:
Why is Loki OP in the OG Avengers movie (he takes down guards single handedly) but suddenly weaker in the Loki show? (He gets beaten up by a completely normal person even if they were possessed by Sylvie)
Remember, Loki (the show) occurs after the Avengers movie, so IDK why the sudden power drop.

Didn’t you noticed a Thor in a jar who was trying to take the hammer outside the jar? That Thor was a frog and that scene was when All those variant Lokis were entering a secret base.

New trailer for What If…?
I have so many thoughts on this. I’m very interested in the different ideas and little snippets of things we saw in it. Curious to see what you guys think. August 11th looks amazing right now.
Also, Black Widow is now in theaters today and on D+ Premier Access, I’ll probably wait until September to watch it for free. Or whenever it’s on DvD.
