While I like him… his song was still in it’s first drafts before being removed. And I honestly didn’t like it. Good thing they removed it too, because singing seems to Mabel’s thing, and not Bill’s.

And anyways, does “Cruella De Vil” even count as a villain song?
It is a description of her character from the perspective of another. I say it counts.

Exactly. That’s the reason why I don’t think it counts.
In order to count as a Disney Villain Song, it needs to be sung by a villain, sung partially by a villain, or it needs to be a song about a villain.
