It seems to be sure that mysterious flaggings are happening around the specific members or topics. Who is aware of a kind of quarrel among members in the forum? If you are aware, could you contact the participants of flagging through personal message and help them solve the trouble?, just my personal hope.
I have a question. When a member (not a regular) flag a reply, how is it dealt with and how long does it take it to be hanfled?

The thing with this one though is that they were new so I don’t know why they would be targeted.
It could be a spammer that was new And they were flagged, so they want to ruin all the new people
