I regret not recording this on video but this is at least some bit of supporting evidence. Elsa, Olaf, and Merida form the freeze core here. As you may see, my team was up against some of the most notorious heroes of the current meta. On top of that, the enemy team had all heroes at R3 and level 150 (the max cap at the time of writing this topic). And yet, even a mighty-looking team succumbed in the cold…
I was able to re-record fighting that same team again. Wow, you can really see how impressive Elsa is now. Note that there’s a slight variance in damage done when I recorded this video compared to the screenshot I took when I wrote this topic. That’s because there is always something different that ends up happening (because luck or RNG or some other kind of bull$#!+). In the video, everyone survived. In the screenshot I took, Merida got KO’d.

When our team has only 1 tank, is Elsa-Frozone disc better than Elsa-Olaf disc?
Yeah, absolutely. Even with multiple Tanks it’s usually better because it gives her more Skill Power, which means more damage!
