I know this topic is old, but my server is just now at r11 so I now have comparable data. I have never had the mission speeds that are described above. My highest speed with two 6-star R11 heroes is 167%. Above is described with speeds of over 400% at r12. I have the skills all maxed, but I could increase mods more (I’m not sure how those play into the speed). Were mission speeds slowed even more at some point?
