Game lagging S1 and Not loading

So you weren’t booted off; you left the game to update it, and were locked out because the server hadn’t been updated yet. Which is the same thing that people complain about with every app update.

I never said you weren’t able to access the game, or even that you didn’t get booted off, I just pointed out that I, and many others, hadn’t been booted off. If you want to talk about someone who tries to “discredit other people’s experiences”, though:

I mean, I would think that trying to explain to somewhat what happened so that they could avoid the situation in the future would be a good reason to respond.

But not based on when PerBlue schedules their updates?

Google Play store did force me to update today. Didn’t happen before, but it did today.

So maybe others had the same issue that they couldn’t enter cause Google forced to update, and after update we couldn’t enter (and that is logical kinda)

I was offered the update by the Google Play store, but not forced. :man_shrugging:

Usually I don’t get a screen from Google saying there is an update.

There was small X on top.

Game not loading on S1

In that case, my bad.

Need to be more careful with that screen next time. Kinda sad it cost me my legendary war boxes, but it is the way it is :man_shrugging:

The update is not done yet. You’ll see in the Update 4.7 topic when Samm closes it, it will be done

All being said, I do think it’s a little disappointing that PB haven’t worked to make app updates backwards compatible with the server state, given the ‘new’ Google Play update system that prompts users has been out for a long time now :man_shrugging:
