All damage means all types (normal, true and fantastic).
So simply, it increase damage of tanks.

But “All Damage Done” isn’t a sort of “stat” in the game. It isn’t listed in a hero’s stats like tenacity, reality, or evasion.

It has always been like that. But it should be said like this:

“Tank heroes on team may deal 15% more damage”

I haven’t gotten any farther in the Campaign so I don’t knie the context, but I think Louie is supposed to be saying that he sees Hercules or that he has seen Hercules.

I think this one is pretty self explanatory.

The friend campaigns are often written in the present tense. I think your first picture is another one of those cases.

There are few errors in Stitch’s skills’ description

In “Slobber”, the description reads:

Stitch rudely marks a target, slowing their movement speed by 30% and their attack speed by 30% for 10 seconds. Shortly after a security gun shoots the target dealing X and studying the enemy and nearby enemies for 10 seconds.

There should be the word “damage” after the damage input

In “626 Scuffle”, the description is like this:

Stitch tussles with an enemy, stunning them, dealing X HP, and removing X armor. Stitch only uses this skill when he is below 50% HP and can only use it once every 12 seconds.

“Dealing” should be “Stealing”

The word “level” doesn’t become plural when you upgrade a skill more than one level at a time.

In Timon & Pumbaa’s skill and their Scar disk, they spelt “Bombardier” as “Bombadier”

The phrase “to above” is incorrect. There shouldn’t be two prepositions next to each other. A better choice would be this: “Elsa builds an ice ladder reaching above the tree line.”
