Tails Doll teleports to a random enemy and a mouth full of sharp teeth appears on Tails Doll, and roars, scaring that enemy for 10 seconds and slowing down their speed 99% for 9 seconds.
The slow may fail if the enemy is above level X.

“Evil Toy” drains all of the enemies’ energy.
