Bio: The evilest monster of Trevor’s work, Cartoon Cat gets his meal from the creeps…literally.

Enter: His head slithers in with his neck like a snake. When the head reaches position, his body walks in, cartoon style, as his head reaches back to his normal position.
Win: He smiles creepily and looks at the player (and their soul).
Defeat: He looks at the player with an angered look as if they are responsible for his defeat.
Basic attack: He stretches his arm to an enemy and scratches them, dealing X fantastic damage.
Skills
Over the Head
Fantastic Damage 
Cartoon Cat stretches both of his arms to grab the farthest enemy, stunning them 'till the skill is over. Cartoon Cat then stretches his neck so his head is over the enemy, scaring the them for 10 seconds. Cartoon Cat then bites the upper part of the enemy, dealing X damage.
Attacks which do fantastic damage will always crit against scared enemies
Run Away
Fantastic Damage
Cartoon Cat stretches his left arm to grab, by coiling his arm around the enemy, a random enemy from the backline and drags them to the frontline and slams them into the ground, dealing X damage to the enemy and the nearby enemies.
Toon Catastrophes
Every 5th basic attack, Cartoon Cat turns invisible for 12 seconds, healing X hp per second.
Purr of Danger
Cartoon Cat heals X hp every time someone uses a scare.
Cartoon Dog
When “Toon Catastrophes” is actived, Cartoon Cat deals 75% more damage to enemies and 99.9% more damage to scared enemies.
The extra damage is reduced if the enemy is above level X.

Cartoon Cat deals 50% more damage to enemies when he is below 50% hp.
The extra damage is reduced if the enemy is above level X.
