Heinz Doofenshmirtz concept

Team: Red

Entrance: Doofenshmirtz walks into battle, throw up his remote and runs to it, catching the remote when almost hitting the ground, then he stands up.
Victory: Doofenshmirtz laughs devilish.
Defeat: Doofenshmirtz angrily clicks again the button in his remote but it explodes, leaving him dirt from ash and with confused facial expression.

Quote: “Backstory!”

Basic attack: Doofenshmirtz clicks the button in his remote, this creates a laser from above which hits the closest enemy to him.

White skill: Melt-inator 6-5000 :sparkles: (fantastic damage)
Doofenshmirtz uses his inator to melt enemies’ protection, dealing X damage and X damage over 7 seconds to all enemies. This skill also removes 25% of each enemy’s armor and reality for 10 seconds and deactivates all shields.

Green skill: Norm :fist: (normal damage)
Doofenshmirtz summons his giant robot to fight along with him. Norm deals X damage per each hit and stuns on every 3 basic attacks the enemy damaged for 8 seconds.

Norm has X HP and 50% of armor and reality of Doofenshmirtz. When Norm’s HP falls to 1 he runs away from the battlefield in direction of enemies, dealing X damage and knocking them back.
Norm then can be summoned once again after 10 seconds.

Blue skill: Freez-inator
Doofenshmirtz uses his inator to freeze all enemies for 9 seconds.

Freeze has a chance to fail against enemies above level X.

Purple skill: Magnetism Magnifier
On the start of each wave, Doofenshmirtz uses his machine to pull the most farthest enemy to front, this enemy also loses all buffs and all of their armor and reality which is then given to Doofenshmirtz.

Armor and reality lose is reduced against enemies above level X.

Red skill: Evil Schemes :shield: (true damage)
Doofenshmirtz’s basic attacks deal additionally true damage which is equal to 80% of his armor.

If an enemy loses more than 10% HP by taken damage from Doofenshmirtz’s basic attack this enemy is knocked back and gets stunned for 6 seconds.

The stun has a chance to fail against enemies above level X.

Additional stat boosts:

+X damage to ‘‘Norm’’

Increased cooldowns of enemies

  • +X skill power to Doofenshmirtz and allies
  • +X HP to Doofenshmirtz and allies
  • +X armor
  • After defrosting from freeze from ‘‘Freez-inator’’ the cooldown of next used skill of enemy is increased by 30% (+30% per star)
  • Enemies’ skills cooldowns are increased by 5% (+5% per star)

Debuff immunity on low HP

  • +X armor to Doofenshmirtz and allies
  • +X BD to Doofenshmirtz and allies
  • Doofenshmirtz and his allies are immune to debuffs when their HP is below 4% HP (+4% per star)
  • When Doofenshmirtz or any of his allies HP falls below 4% for the first time in the wave their debuffs are cleaned and receives 1 stacks of hardy (+4% per star; +1 stack of hardy per star)
