I decided to make this concept because of how he looks and I personally think his appearance is a perfect fit for the game’s atmosphere.

Description: Chef Skinner’s sous-chef Horst is a mysterious cook who uses his thumb and cooking talents to buff and protect his allies.
Quote: “I killed a man with this thumb!”

ANIMATIONS
ENTRANCE: Horst casually walks into the battlefield with this face and pulls out a butcher’s knife.
VICTORY: Horst rolls his eyes somewhat similar to how Hank does it.
KO: Horst drops his butcher’s knife, becomes upset, and crosses his arms.
SKILLS
BASIC ATTACK
Horst slices the enemy with his butcher’s knife.
WHITE: KILLER THUMB
Fantastic Damage
Horst raises his thumb which deals X damage to the frontmost enemy and knocking them back which also stuns them for 12 seconds.
The stun has a chance to fail on enemies above Level X.
GREEN: DONE TIME
When Horst is KO’ed, he summons a food cart with freshly cooked hot food on it which crashes into the weakest enemy dealing X damage. After it crashes, the food cart does splash damage to nearby enemies burning them, dealing X damage over time.
BLUE: SPECIAL ORDER!
Horst brings out the Special Order which heals himself and his allies with X HP over time and grants the entire team a X HP shield for 10 seconds.
PURPLE: CHANGE THE STORY
Horst changes the story he’s telling which eliminates all his and his allies’ debuffs. He then transfers and replicates the buffs of the strongest enemy to himself and his team.
RED: UNKNOWN ACTIONS
Horst dodges all attacks from burning enemies affected by DONE TIME. Horst also heals with X HP for every hit he takes from burning enemies.
