How do you change your forum profile pic?

I would like to change the profile pic that I am currently using in the fourms. I wish that we could use our avatar pic that we are using in game.

UPDATE: i have just found out that you can change your profile pic but i csnt change it on my ipad and phone. i dont have acess to a computer. anyone have advice?
