Smg4 Mario gets naked and dances on the most wanted enemy and stuns that enemy for 9 seconds and blinds the other enemies for 5 seconds.
The blind may fail if the enemy is above level X.

At the beginning of every wave, Smg4 Mario’s car spins across the screen, dealing X damage to every enemy. The explosion deals X damage to nearby enemies.
