Invasion teamwork week feedback

GARBAGE!!! I like the concept seriously, but I’m very very disappointed that the mod upgrades are not in the rewards!!! I already have rapunzel, flynn rider and launchpad to 6 stars max level this is pointless, should have kept mod upgrades in for if u make it to the final reward stage!!!

Lack of hero in the special team is your main problem. 10/88 is only 1/3of the normal team you used to have.
I like the concept of mix color team. But its too hard to push the bot to higher lv. We are Not in a top guild but we able to fight 500lv bot in first day pervious invasion. Now only 200 something…
If this is a test i hope you can update during this week. I dont wanna wasted this week and worry about when you will have another weird special team.

I haven’t answered yet but I think it’s an excellent (even awesome) idea/event.
I love the concept of taking what they have in the game and changing it up a little. The rewards are just stellar, even if they do miss the Mod Upgrades (which they should have included… even 30 of each) .

That being said, the hero choice has not been great (even pretty poor) and I’ve struggled more than usual with revives but on day 1 was able to do pretty well.

I like you as a person, Emitz. But your comments are increasingly annoying.
As a whale with every single toon maxed out you should like this kind of “shake up” of things. You were complaining all the time that you don’t feel enough challenges in the game lately.
But you have to admit that this out if the blue dicision is a slap in the face to a huge portion of daily dedicated and active players who still give a crap about Invasion at all.

I also really like the idea, but for me the hero selection totally misses the mark. We usually have (around) 30 heroes to pick from - I don’t see why it can’t be changed up while maintaining a reasonably broad choice. As a low spender I tend to focus on PVE heroes / invasion teams more than the Arena meta, and enjoy working towards Collection completion - both of those have been nullified by this event.

I do understand the rewards are on the whole better (if enough tiers can be reached), but the removal of Stamina and Mod Upgrades sours it a little.

I do and I think it’s about time they got creative with in game assets to vary the game.

Correct, at “end game” there is no challenge at all. Adding variety like this is exactly what players at this stage of the game need.

They should have added more heroes, for sure, maybe even twice as many but that doesn’t mark down the concept/idea from a 4 or 5 star rating to a 1 star (in my books ayway).

I, for one, want PB to continue experimenting with new ides such as this. Ranting is a sure way to dial down their experimentation so I won’t join that parade.

Besides, the points needs for all tier rewards are 40% less than normal, the rewards are arguably 2.5x normal and in any event guilds should work together - strong players should be able to carry their weaker guild mates to Tier 50 (we do this every single invasion and it’s just team work and communication to make it happen).

Idea might be good, but it’s not tested, everything is on mess.
For now: I prefer less rewards but also less chaos and streess.

Also removing upgrade materials is also big punch into face, it was main reward afterall and now is removed.

Like I said, the only problem with this Invasion, is how power-ups work. If they can change that, no one would complaint

About the required points, I don’t remember exactly how they were last Invasion, so I can’t say

When Invasion had 45 tiers, I was the only one in my guild reaching all of them :)))) most of the time. With my best Invasion heroes, of course

Now, with this, I don’t even think I can reach tier 39, which is the least I need to do to unlock Rapunzel

They can test anything new for the game, no one will complaint about that. Just before they do anything, pls think it through and put their feet in our shoes

Now it’s even unplayable (+ not rewarding).

By giving us a limited selection of heroes and the way power-ups only work on those… Isn’t it that obvious? :frowning_face: :frowning_face: :frowning_face:

Of course it’s harder, that’s why the rewards are better!

For one, you have a choice to play invasion. Just because you choose not to doesn’t make it unplayable

And the other thing, there are tier rewards

The only thing is the special team thing. But who said you had to use 5 of the heroes? You could always use heroes who’s skills work no matter the level (as long as they may support your allies), and you could use like 2-3 of the heroes in the special team. So, it shouldn’t be much of a problem.

OH NO, DARLING. It’s not working like you said.
Mods and further, mod upgrades are now (from longer time) major source of power and key of domination in ALL game modes.
200k HP? 20k BD/SP? It’s nothing? And 50k armor/reality, 10 skill levels, for example Nick, it gives him 200k more SP. Player is forced to play invasion to be “updated”, mostly for PVP modes to get 1000 diamonds/day.
And it’s unplayable, because… just read above.

From updated Patch notes:

  • Fixed an issue in Invasion where players were able to gain points on high-level bosses without doing any damage.
  • Fixed an issue in Invasion which caused the incorrect player to get the Most Damage reward on high-level bosses.

Oh man. Remember that you said how you helped the low level players in your guild, big spenders. Now it’s Impossible now to do it.
