Bots can still one-shot Sally without her activating blue skill, I don’t think there is any condition other than hp reaching 0, is this a bug?
For some reason, if she uses her skill in a fight, she won’t be able to activate it again unless she’s revived with the revive objects first. It’s the same for many other heroes with similar mechanics
