Cruella de Vil (101 Dalmatians)
As flamboyant as she is ruthless, Cruella de Vil storms into battle, ordering her allies to get the job done…or else!

Basic Animations
Entrance: Cruella emerges from her stylin’ car and sashays into the backline. At the same time (after unlocking Hired Goons), Horace and Jasper leap out of their van and rush clumsily to the frontline. Both vehicles glitch out of existence.
Basic Attack: Shaking her fist, Cruella shouts an order while waving her cigarette wildly.
Victory: Cruella sneers coldly at the enemy team before shaking with laughter. Horace and Jasper look at each other, shocked and relieved, before Horace pumps his fist and Jasper leaps in excitement.
Defeat: Cruella shouts at Horace and Jasper and then facepalms. Horace and Jasper plead with Cruella for understanding before pointing and yelling at each other.
Skills
White Skill: Do It Now!!
- Passive: Cruella de Vil does not have a basic attack. Instead, her impatience urges the party into action, increasing all allies’ movement and attack speed by 5% every 3 seconds, and can stack without limit. Cruella does not gain this benefit herself. Instead, Cruella gains X (determined by Skill Power) Damage Negation every 3 seconds, stacking up to 10 times. Damage Negation reduces all damage that the hero receives.
- Active: Cruella compels her allies to get the job done, increasing their Basic Damage and Skill Power by X (determined by Skill Power) for 10 seconds, and applying 3 stacks of Weakness to all enemies for 7 seconds. Enemies with Weakness take 10% more damage per stack, to a maximum of 5 stacks. The chance to apply Weakness is reduced against enemies above level X.
- Animation: With enough force to shake the screen, Cruella raises both fists and bellows her orders at her teammates, sending shockwaves through the field that apply the buffs and debuffs.
Green Skill: Hired Goons ()
- Cruella de Vil calls Horace and Jasper onto the field. Horace and Jasper each have X (determined by Level) HP and deal X (determined by Basic Damage) Normal damage with their basic attacks. Each of their successful basic attacks removes 1 random buff from affected enemies.
– Horace’s basic attack knocks nearby enemies back and reduces their movement speed by 25% for 4 seconds.
– Jasper’s basic attack stuns an enemy for 1 second. The Stun has a chance to fail against enemies above level X. - When Horace or Jasper are reduced to 0 HP, they retreat to the backline, where they become untargetable. After 10 seconds, they recover X (determined by Skill Power) HP, and race back to their original positions. When Cruella is reduced to 0 HP, Horace and Jasper immediately retreat as if they were also reduced to 0 HP.
- Animation: Horace swings a heavy billy club at nearby enemies. Jasper swings his coal raker downward at a single enemy from double melee range away. When reduced to 0 HP, Horace holds the top of his head with his hands and races towards Cruella, and Jasper shields his face with his arms and scrambles back towards Cruella.
Blue Skill: Cloud of Smoke ()
- Cruella exhales smoke at her enemies, dealing X (determined by Skill Power) Fantastic damage and Blinding them for 13 seconds. Cruella’s allies deal X (determined by Level) additional True damage to blinded enemies. The Blind has a chance to fail against enemies above level X.
- Animation: Cruella takes an angry drag from her long-handled cigarette, blowing an ominous smoke cloud at the enemy team.
Purple Skill: Stylish and Savvy
- Cruella de Vil’s allies gain Armor and Reality equal to 150% of the Damage Negation she currently has. While allies gain Armor and Reality from this ability, enemies’ Armor Negation and Reality Negation is 50% less effective. This effect is reduced on allies above level X.
Red Skill: If She Doesn’t Scare You…
- Buffs removed by Horace and Jasper’s basic attacks are now randomly applied to allies, lasting for a minimum of 8 seconds. The buff application has a chance to fail on allies above level X.
- Enemies Blinded or Weakened by Cruella de Vil are also Scared for the duration.
- Allies buffed by Stylish and Savvy gain 1 stack of Hardy every 6 seconds.

Disk #1 - "Coat of Many Functions"
Cruella de Vil is utterly perplexed by Slinky Dog and his strange but seemingly very useful coat. Horace and Jasper wonder if they should just bash him in the head, but Cruella tells them to stand down–she wants to see exactly what this strange, coil-y coat can do. So Cruella approaches Slinky with grand compliments and questions, asking the friendly pupper to show off what his incredibly reflective coil is capable of. Slinky, excited that someone’s taken a shine to his coil, takes Cruella to meet some friendly folks who can truly put his shielding coil to work!

For the first 5 (+1 per additional star) seconds of combat, Cruella de Vil gains Reflect. Reflect prevents 100% of all damage received, sending it back to the attacker instead. Reflected damage cannot be dodged.
Disk #2 - "A Sinister Guided Tour"
Clawhauser’s ample, shining coat swiftly catches Cruella’s eye–she’d absolutely KILL for a coat made of that lovely, luscious pattern. But then Clawhauser notices her, asking if she’s new to the City. Thinking fast, Cruella says yes, she IS new to the City, and she’d perhaps like a guided tour? To see the sights? Maybe meet some important people? Perhaps visit some…lonely and isolated places where, say…there might be no witnesses? Purely for sightseeing purposes, of course. Clawhauser, seeing nothing weird about this request, happily obliges!
