Cool. Felix used to be a favourite of mine, back when his purple skill actually added a meaningful amount of skill power to your team. Now, many of the friendship powers add 10 times the amount (or more). Making his purple skill a bit pathetic.
However, with Frozone disc in particular he is still very versatile. Who else can stun, freeze, blind, heal and remove debuffs…
Whilst his heal is not the most powerful based on skill description, there is actually a lot more going on. He has one of the highest improved healing rates (200% at Yellow 0 - so tripple that skill description figure) and his heal is a green skill, not a white skill, so you can give him green skill upgrades to increase it even more!
