With how PB runs the game to an extent and how heroes are released, it will not.
This is almost impossible and I hate to be pessimistic about it, but I do not have a ton of faith in PB.

It’s not a Disney+ film though. It’s a very obscure film from 1991.
Interesting Patch Notes. I didn’t know Rocketeer was gonna be added. 
But this is the one in the live action movie

No, but they might announce a cap raise today since this is pretty much around the time they would announce it.

If 2.7 patch notes are posted today, I’m pretty sure that the cap raise and possibly some bug fixes are probably going to be the only features. I wouldn’t expect another new character unless they decided to release Drakken on Tuesday.

And that’s actually correct. 2.7 was supposed to give Y0, and the next rise is due on Tuesday. Don’t think they will delay 2.7 just because of moving Y0, plus as well 2.7.10 should give Y0, which means it will be released at the end of March.

I’m glad rocketeer coming to game over someone like Anna. I personally like the more 90s and older Disney tv/movies and also it’s a different than already around movie/tv theme characters.
