The general idea is that you make replies and posts for the forums in categories, like Feedback Corner or Hero Wish List. Some of the categories right here:
•Announcements: Only @Polaris, the forum manager, can post here. This is mainly for update previews and patch notes.
•Hero Wish List: A place where you can create your own ideas for heroes you’d like to see in-game.
•Feedback: A general area for suggestions and discussion. You can write ideas for anything from bugs to new updates.
And there are many more which you can look at and post in.
If you’re new to the game itself, I’m sure me and some more of my fellow forum(ers) can give you a little tutorial!

Welcome to the forums! This is a place where you can voice your concerns, ideas, or just chatter with us crazy people! 
Being friendly is preferred, hope you enjoy spending time on the forums. Oh, also little word of warning. Spammers are severely disliked here.
