Not for a while. The next patch notes we’re gonna be getting is the daily sign-in hero/shop refresh notes that come on the last Friday of every month, and then one week after that we’ll get the patch notes for the next major update (version 2.7 if I’m not mistaken).
It turns out it wasn’t bad question, afterall

Looking forward to the Sign In! Hopefully it’s a certain mad scientist.

I sort of want Rapunzel, she hasn’t been in one yet (if Random mad scientist isn’t coming of course)
… Which mad scientist? The one that was datamined/leaked or the one that wasn’t? 
Sorry, Blobfish, but all sign-in heroes have been newly released characters, so Rapunzel is pretty much an impossibility.

Imagine if Drakken is just a prank and it’s actually Doofenshmirtz instead. That would be amazing.
I don’t think PB would put a prank character in a datamine like that, but it’d be pretty funny if they did.
