It could, be but you never know, if they will add 2 or more heroes when the new sign in hero patch is released. Though, I feel like this “character” could be August’s sign in, but we’ll have to wait and see.

It could quite possibly be legit because Disney magic kingdoms have been known to do this with ads they advertised for the little mermaid event before it was announced
