Tim burton said they all were in some way, but I would guess that jack’s fame could have gotten him in beetleguice because his head is apparently in there so maybe his fame made it to the beetleguice universe and ik beetleguice came before nightmare

Lol, I have noticed that butterflies appear in some of Burton’s movies. When Sally makes a potion for Jack as a gift. In Alice in Wonderland, the Blue Caterpillar turns into a butterfly. As you mentioned, the butterflies from Emily. And Victor Van Dort also drew a butterfly at the beginning of Corpse Bride.

Zero also could have been reincarnated throughout Tim Burton’s movies, since a lot of them have dogs, starting with Vincent.

I feel silly for asking this but who’s the Grim Reaper? I don’t recall him at the moment. It’s been some months since I’ve seen Nightmare Before Christmas.
I made a theory about him, it’s pretty much just jack’s but with zero instead
In the town meeting scene there is a grim reaper sitting next to the evil queen who is in the back row
