Description: In the land of Talon, you can’t trust anyone… especially babies. As a pair of con artists, Noi and her Ongi friends use their street smarts to outsmart their enemies.

Animations
Basic Attack: Noi throws dust at the enemy.

Entrance: Noi enters the arena being carried by the largest ongi: Pan. She waves at her enemies as the other two ongis, Dyan and Uka, enter the fight with the dragon gems.
Victory: Noi waves goodbye, as the ongis celebrate
Defeat: Noi sticks out her tongue as the ongis frown.
Gameplay
White Skill:
“Blind Simian Strike”
Noi and the Ongis jump off each other, and catapult themselves onto the enemyline, as they target the farthest enemy dealing X damage and reduces their evasion by 50%. The evasion reduction has a chance to fail against enemies above level X.

Green Skill:
"Counter Kick”
Noi counters an attack from the closest enemy and kicks them, dealing X damage, knocks them back, and reduces their attack speed for 30%.

Blue Skill:
“Gleam of the Gem”
The ongis reveal the dragon gems to two closest enemies, blinding them for 10 seconds and removing their armor. The blind has a chance to fail against enemies above level X.
Purple Skill:
“Ongi See, Ongi Do”
At the start of the wave, Noi and the Ongis are immune to all blinds for 12 seconds.
Red Skill:
“Talon’s Tricky Theives”
When Noi uses Counter Kick, she steals 300 energy from the enemy. Also, whenever Noi uses her basic attack, she steals 100 energy.

Campaign: (Ever since Noi and her Ongi friends were stripped from their home in Talon, they’ve found it hard to adapt to their new environment, with more security and keen eye on thieves. However, when the pair sees another baby in the park sucking on a lollipop, the ongis plan to steal it from him, not realizing that the baby doesn’t take too kindly to thieves, and has some “special” tricks up his sleeve.)

Campaign: (Ron Stoppable’s babysitting skills are put to the test when he’s unknowingly tasked by his parents to watch another baby, who according to them, made friends with Ron’s adopted sister, Hana at daycare. As if having to babysit Hana wasn’t difficult enough, this new baby proves to be more of a challenge as Ron learns the hard way, after he was knocked into the wall as the baby was doing the Flippie Dance.
