Cruella de Vil
Description: Described by many at best as a spider waiting for a kill, and at worse a devil, Cruella De Vil is an extra eccentric woman with a more than outlandish obsession over fur coats. Originally setting her sights on just dogs, she has set her sights even more. Besides, with so many new furry animals in this new city, the possibilities are endless.

Animations
Basic Attack:
Passive- Instead of attacking, Cruella will blow some smoke from her smoke stick on the closest enemy, removing X armor and X reality over time.
Jasper & Horace- Jasper & Horace will punch the closest enemy dealing X damage.

Entrance: Cruella with her smoke stick walks into the arena and greets the enemyline.
Victory: Cruella will wickedly cackle.
Defeat: Cruella’s eyes will turn red as she rages.
Gameplay
White Skill:
“Jasper & Horace”
Cruella will summon one of her two lackeys Jasper or Horace. Jasper will appear next to the closest enemy and Horace will appear next to the farthest enemy. They will have X basic damage, X max HP, X armor, X reality. If both lackeys are onscreen, Cruella will give every enemy two stacks of decay.

Green Skill:
“Smoking Hazard”
Cruella will blow a big cloud of smoke from her smoke stick on the enemyline dealing X damage overtime, decreasing their skill power by X, blinding and decreasing their healing by 50% for 8 seconds.

Blue Skill:
“Coated Protection”
Cruella will shake her fur coat reveling in the softness as she heals herself by X HP, increase her allies damage output by 75% for 9 seconds. Cruella will also gain her a shield of X HP, and 3 stacks of hardy.
Purple Skill:
“Inhuman Beast”
Every control ally will be limited at the start of every wave and will have their debuff time doubled, and control allies will have their healing increased by X, as well as becoming invincible and berserk for 7 seconds.
Red Skill:
“A Cruel Business Venture”
Cruella and her allies will deal X damage over time to all enemies with berserk active, and will remove all of their buffs. Also, Cruella will gain 80% skill power and berserk for 9 seconds when she gains any decay, or corruption stack.

Campaign: (Dalmations may be the main sights for Cruella, but she has also seen a brilliant idea flash for her. She has seen the main receptionist at the CPD is an exotic cheetah, and in a way, his brown spots are pretty similar to that of Dalmatian spots. Not to mention him being way more colorful that the monotonous black and white colored puppies would more than beneficial for profits. And he has so much fur to boot! The only problem is, he’s covered twenty four seven by his own co-workers after discovering of Cruella’s previous criminal track record of making fur coats… Cruella’s gonna have to think smart as to how she get even a snippet of his fur.)

Campaign: (Aslan is learning more of the villains that occupy the city, including a rather peculiar villain that may have her sights on him. She’s heard through the grapevine of Aslan’s fur. Some say it has the power to heal even the sharpest of wounds, and Cruella would love to make fur coats out of it. The last time Aslan’s fur was tampered with was back at the Stone Table when the White Witch shaved his fur before “executing” him. To say that he will do everything he can to avoid that outcome again is putting it very lightly. Never again will he be humiliated by a crazed lunatic.)
