Ok, I’ve been on the game for a VERY LONG time but I never come in here and read stuff cuz if causes brain overload and I get overwhelmed and say screw-it but I hopped in today cuz I can’t get into the game. I was scrolling through and noticed there isn’t just a simple “yep, the game is down” or “doing an update, hold tight” type of posts for super simple idiots like me 
If there is, where is it cuz this idiot can’t find it HAHAHA

There isn’t a topic open right now for the game being down, as the game is not down right now. When that would be the case, I could direct you to an update thread (and server update announcement).
There are a few topics on Content failed update. Those people can’t enter the game, but what exactly the problem is, is unknown.
Here you have one such topics, with explanation of our community manager on what PB knows now.
