I can very easily now do things like switch Drakken disks for a bit to give guild mates a huge advantage

And this will be done. The top guilds will effectively be able to shut out anyone else from reaching the top division in Challenger arena/coliseum, and will most likely take all the top spots in the next-highest division.

Hero Refresh

• We won’t have a hero refresh this time because we’ve got something special for the anniversary update!

So what’s the point of bringing it up now? You really need a proofreader for these things.

Also, Loutre (and Polaris before them) have mentioned many times before that they can’t release Patch Notes without approval from PB, so they almost definitely wouldn’t have included that part in the notes if they weren’t allowed to/couldn’t.

Maybe the next prize wall would be delayed for the rest of the year, but it’ll be next week just like Carl’s debut from last year.
