We do not have an exact time for the servers to be back up. You’ll have to be patient. Our amazing QA team found an issue while doing the final checks before bringing the servers back up so we’re making sure that’s all fixed especially since we start our winter break tomorrow. There’s no compensation for this downtime either.

that’s pretty unfair that we miss out on stamina because y’all decided to do the update in the middle of the stamina bonus time for GMT users.

There’s no good time for things like this really, other than trying to keep it under 2 hours total

which is understandable, but stamina is necessary to upgrade heroes and missing out on the 9pm free stam bonus because of the update is a bit unfair on those who are on GMT + time

The timing of the updates is never going to be convenient for everyone, it needs to be done in order to actually get new versions out.

which is fair, but taking almost 2 hours to do the update, meaning players miss out on the bonuses and not receiving compensation for those missed bonuses is unfair
