tbh, you’re right. we tell them about the same bugs that need fixing over and over again and they never do anything about those so i guess this is the same

I did lose my bonus. Doesn’t really matter, it’s such a small amount of stamina.
I’d rather lose the cost of a badge from 40 ranks ago than have a buggy update…

Just sad that there’s no compensation, since other games generally give something when the update delays
EDIT: Again, it’s fine anyways, I know how hard is to fix bugs, so my best wishes for the dev team

We send all bug reports to the team for investigation. Different bugs take different priority, some bugs may be more complex fixes than other, etc. The team does investigate all bugs reported to them.

Got to know what is causing the bug before they can fix it unfortunately.

If the focus was to fix the current bugs than to expand the game and create more then you might find more competitive and happy gamers.

I miss the old support team and developers. before there were never the big problems and crashes or other strange things.
The last few months from the summer have undoubtedly been the worst in the history of the game

And probably lose a sizable chunk of the player base in the process, leading to no more game for anyone in the short to mid term.
(I’m not saying that’s what’s going on now, rather where this particular path tends to lead)

I’m sure skipping 1 or 2 updates to get the game in order wouldn’t lose any of the loyal gamers. There’s still people from the very beginning going strong.
