Exactomundo @Loutre. Mod Upgrades at least do something… Mod Tiers and Levels… barely anything… a level 60, +4 mod with upgrades is as useful as a level 130, +11 mod…

But you need tier +5 and level 60 to be allowed to upgrade fully - so there is some form of importance of Mod Level and Mod tier
Agreed that mods need a % element and not a fixed amount - as this needs to be rescaled too often
If the mod Levels could add additional stats this would make it more useful:
- 130 evasion for BD mods up to level 130
- 13% improved healing for SP mods up to level 130
- 130 tenacity for HP mods up to level 130
(or armor negation, reality negation, crit damage, energy regen, hp regen, etc)
That is fine Loutre, but there is a significant flaw in the questions relating to mods and we are trying to help overcome it
Thought it is not only relating to Patches, so perhaps the name should have been “Patch and Hero element survey”
How DO you get patch energy now that the trials are closed?

It is the same answer to the question as “How do you get Arena token exclusive hero chips if the Coliseum Token Crate is active?”
Unfortunately it’s a money grab with the trials gone

These always strike me more as seeing what players think the case may be, than what the case actually is.
Almost every question in part 1 seems to have a 3.something, which could be just people being completely indifferent to Patch as a whole
The percentage of players who are well-versed enough in the game to be able to answer a lot of the questions in part 2 accurately is low. The answers shouldn’t be relied on for anything other than how to change player perspective about how they should be playing
too much, but maybe the +% could also be applied there as a flat percentage instead of increasing the stat…
also, +13% HP/BD/SP is about as useful as Patch Level 1 still… should be at least double that… even with 4 maxed mods that would just barely double the stats.
Additionally, the increased HP/BD/SP should not apply to the red skill/disk bonus stats.
Well anything is more useful than 65,000 SP for 4 SP mods
Yeah % could also work, then it would scale at least too
44% is still ok, not too much, but definitely will do a change, rather than 200k which is nothing.
Mod power is useless.
