No Port event for the winter season as well, it seems
So it probably is scrapped totally… 
I don’t understand why these lies are keep appearing.
This and that badge crates moving somewhere else where they definitely are not, they were scrapped because of the merge.
And port event was scrapped to get more money. 
And less hero refreshes because of tons of new heroes, still not here, the releases are in same rate as year ago, too slow.

Yeah where did the badge crates go lol. I hope they give 45 per contest again as usual after the merge is over. Or else …
I don’t think Port Events has been officially discontinued or scrapped, but not prioritized either so like on hiatus at least you could say.

Yah the combination of fewer badge booster crates from contests (30-50 per week) and no 2-3x port events has created a lot of anger and frustration. After S21 hits Yellow, I’ll probably quit, because there’s no way to keep up without badge crates and ultra XP potions. 60 badge crates per month from contests is weak compared to the previous 200 (3.3x less). That’s 12 heroes for one cap raise with no consideration for powering new heroes.

It could well be that port events hadn’t been scrapped at the time that Loutre said they hadn’t been scrapped; by now, though, PerBlue has had three months’ worth of data on the gold economy after nerfing Creep Surge gold rewards. Maybe they’ll be unveiling another change to the gold economy sometime in the next 1-3 months, followed by another few months of monitoring, before they’re willing to make a decision… or maybe we should just assume we’re not going to get another port event, since by the time PerBlue thinks the gold economy is stable, everyone will have a hundred port resets hoarded and ready to destabilize the gold economy again.
This I find several orders of magnitude more annoying than the lack of port events. No doubt PerBlue will claim that enough players are getting the 42 badge booster crates per month from the new trial mode to make up for the 30 crates per week that relatively few players could earn from the contests. And I’m sure there are many players who never got any crates from the contests who can now get crates from the trial; I just question how many are doing so, and what percentage of those crates are dropping orange and below badges compared to contest crates of the past.
I feel like I’ve said this before, but Loutre simply said the lack of refreshes was due to the team focusing on new heroes; I don’t recall anyone from PerBlue saying that they would start releasing more heroes.
I just hope that, once the team is fully staffed and up to speed again, we can start seeing genuine hero refreshes again, not just stat buffs.

I guess next time port event will appear it will be when PB will know they will slowly closing the game (but before telling to players of course), to keep players to the very end and increase willingness to pay for deals.
No anniversary, no Halloween, no Christmas has changed their minds.
Instead they just keep releasing useless events which nobody wants.

So many complaints… about not getting ports x3. Hmm, pb doesnt give x3 cuz they dont like u, or research shows somethin else. Give it a thought

Thing is how can you believe one person’s research if the data isn’t shared…
It’s like someone ate a peanut butter sandwhich, and you can smell the peanut butter off their breathe, yet they tell you it was a jelly sandwhich only.
The players see one thing based on what they see actually occurring. Now if pb would share some of their “research” instead of just claiming it exists, maybe we would believe them more. But all we got is based on what we see and hear from actual game play going on. It’s hard to believe something you don’t see (currently and in patterns of what has happened before)
Even if it is about data, it’s not really. We have had every other bonus. Just because some people have a lot of gold doesn’t mean that the whole game shouldn’t get a bonus port event, which gives gold (not much compared to what we need for skills) and ultra XP potions.
I don’t see how a lack of port bonuses help people spend money (the ultimate goal) any differently than other bonuses, but I guess it does. There’s no reason to delay or remove the bonus. The economy was fine, but now it’s suffering from the loss of badge booster crates.

Well, here we are. Literally in a brand new year. The lead up to which included a double increase in level, followed by yet another cap raise. But lord, don’t you dare give one single port event so people can get some experience to match your greed. 8 months or close to it without a single event. Shame on you.
