Ok so I’m going to bed, but if you answer any question on this board, could you please let us know if there’s someone that we can contact at PB to repeal (or whatever you want to call it) this decision?
I only say this because 215/224 comments are telling you that it is not okay to make a decision like this as a legitimate business. This decision did not win the popular vote or the election. It wasn’t even a candidate…
We want to support PB, but can PB support us…like once? We throw our $ at your beautiful pixels daily.
Just. Roll. The servers. Back. Give the people who bought it a reasonable amount of stamina, don’t ban their accounts for requesting refunds. Just do it.
This is going to kill some awesome players and some awesome guilds just because they weren’t on at the right time or didn’t see the deal. The compensation rewards aren’t stamina, but they are still valuable and useful resources that some of us would’ve bought if given the chance.
You took a big decision without the community behind yall I hope you feel great and the others in the meeting with this decision. Your community will not forget yall for this. We were happy with this deals, you should of just gave it to those who did not get it.

So then what about the people that didn’t even get the chance to buy all this stuff? Even not counting stamina, they are getting all this stuff for $20. So what is that you said about competitive balance? There is nothing balanced about this. You made the mistake, own up to it, and let us all buy the deal. If people choose not to pay for it, that’s their fault. At least it’s on them, not on you. I get that you’re just taking the brunt of this, and I’m not putting it on you personally. But something better needs done by the higher ups. Or else myself, and multiple other high spenders are out of here. And you’re going to end up with an insane amount of refunds and a class action lawsuit on your hands. Which is the better option?

@polaris y’all removed something I already bought and was using and gave me things I don’t want, that is shady. I want what I paid for returned to my account.

still taking money for a product that is not as described is very much illegal In Wisconsin which is where the company is based. Why would you even try to pass this through @Polaris
real stuff spend all those rewards you guys got before they take it and change it for a coupon discount at your local corner store for 10%
Just to point out, while the terms and conditions do say that refunds are grounds for account suspension, in that statement it states that „all sales are final“. In taking away the items that they sold to us, they are in fact breaking this „all sales are final“ clause. The sale was in fact not final, because the items bought were removed, and replaced with other items. The same was no longer final at this point, since the terms of the sale/purchase was changed after the fact. This should only apply to the goods or services purchased, not replacement goods or services.

I am the point of contact for the community and the company. I can assure you the top people in the company are aware of this and I have been in communication with them.
I know that everyone is frustrated and many of you don’t like this action. I would ask that you be kind to my support agents if you need to talk to them. They are human beings who work hard to answer questions and resolve issues. I am happy to take your frustrations, but they don’t need that.
Sending in a support ticket will not get you a different channel of communication. They report to me, and so the information is also funneled through me to the team. If you’ve said your piece here, it’s being heard.
It is far from fair. People bought the Deal because they wanted that particular itens, sorry If It was a mistake. You should at least give the option of a full refund, so people have another option as the itens that they didn’t buy.
If the ones who used It get to keep It, the ones who bought and didn’t get the chance to use It should bê able to do so.
I think you should rethink your actions.

I’ve purchased the deal to use THAT STAMINA it wasn’t to get these crappy compensation.
The server update that removed my stamina happened while i had double gold, double xp and double normal campaign active. Those itens I’ve just lost?
I invested a lot of time and money on this game to be treated like these.
Some players that got the same deal got the opportunity to use it, I didn’t use it and got penalized like these?
I just want the deal that I paid for or the complete refund, not that crappy compensation.
