Premium Stamina Deals on Servers 21-22

Are you kidding me?
I’m a VIP player 12 of that game, I invested a lot of money and time here.
Then you say that only a few players can use the package that I ALSO bought, and I can’t use it?
Do players with weeks of play have more rights than I have? Did I invest so much time and money in this game?
That was one of the dumbest decisions I’ve ever seen in my life.
You can only be kidding!
I REQUIRE the items I bought. I don’t want any crap compensation.
How do you have this stupid decision to let some enjoy a mistake and others not?
How is my VIP 12 worth NOTHING due to your stupid decision?
There are people who spent EVERYTHING they bought and still received the same compensation as I did, and I spent NOTHING!
I don’t want an excuse. I don’t want that crappy compensation. I want justice! I want what I BUY!

Do this or I will sue you.

I hope everyone can try to keep emotions calm and we can come to an equitable solution as a community with perblue. Speaking with my guild Silvermoon in S21 we would’ve really appreciated:

1. Offering the “Broken deal” to all players on S21 and S22
2. Increasing the level cap from 140 to 150/155 next week (or to where S19 is)
3. Increasing the badge level cap from R1 to R3/R4 next week (or to where S19 is)

That would’ve been and still can be an equitable solution thats fair to all players. I understand that it’s a tough decision but as a ruler of a top 3 guild in S21 we have many players that have invested thousands getting to where they are with 300+ day accounts only to be eclipsed by new accounts that were offered these deals randomly today. Passionate rhetoric and anger won’t get far, better to have a respectful dialogue with constructive feedback. Possible solutions and positive ideas will get everyone farther, quicker than inflammatory remarks.

The Terms of Use say that PerBlue is allowed to change any items purchased:

They are not breaking any of their rules by switching out your items.

Yeah forsure, the 90% of people you’ve gotten @‘d from tonight are not mad at your customer support agents. I’ll be extremely kind when I contact them as well as any other channels we need to go through.

I get your frustated, but @Polaris and the people working at PB are real people as well. They probably had a rough day today, especially @Polaris. I get your frustrated, but you shouldn’t threaten anyone!

For the posts being flagged, they are being flagged for a vaild reason! Some of you have been putting inappropriate stuff, and the community feels it is being flagged. No Mods are behind these flags, so think before you post/act!

You should be grateful that we have @Polaris, since they are our only communication towards PB.

@Polaris You say we are being heard but haven’t addressed a single time that bait and switch is illegal in many states in the US.

But you are also getting all the other compensation items. Fair or not you all agreed to this by playing the game.

I only got the “Compensation” Stamina.

I don’t think it wasn’t unusual. This is an issue on not only 21&22 but all other server. From when the purchasing is LOTTERY??
I’m on server 15, someone got 10$ 7600 premium stamina deal but i didn’t. Is this really fair?

no, but still that was the only item.

Other than the ×2 normal campaign drops.

But campaign needs stamina

@Polaris I still haven’t received the diamond crates, badge tokens, etc. I there another error?

Their rules don’t supercede state law though. You can’t make a clause that says I get to break the law.

Edit: they operate in a ton of jurisdictions. They are going to try and maintain minimum exposure by putting those clauses in there. Doesn’t mean it will hold up in court across a wide range of consumer protection laws.

Everyone should also keep in mind, the consumers aren’t making the low level employee have a bad day. Their management made decisions that not only affected their customers but also their staff. I’m going to be respectful but forceful. This is illegal and they are putting their employees in a terrible spot of having to answer for their actions.

Correct! id like to add that TOS are contracts of adhesions, the burden of proof rests on the one who drafted that clause to show it is legally conscionable. well at least in my state
