At start, this solution is unfair for everyone because ppl paid for stamina and they get a crappy compensation with red skill crates, etc…
The others who didnt get the deal, earnes NOTHING. Just 200 staminas for all (???!)
Also what are you saying about logistical nightmares?? They made the fault, they must face the concequenses… We dont really care if it is a nightmare or not really…
And what do u mean the rollback will upset everyone??? Everyone is suggesting or a rollback with money refund or give the broken deal to everyone…

ROLLBACK or RESET the game please… after that give people who already buy that glitch a “stamina pack” which is worth $5 or $10… and give everyone compensate… FAIR ENOUGH
The compensation rewarded is still exceptional good value for a $5 purchase on S21/22
So people who didn’t pay any money receive some stamina for free. 
If you rollback the server, every single player on the server is affected. It would create more upset than it would fix.
If they do this, half the player base on those servers - those who don’t spend - would quit. They would be so far behind so many more people than they currently are.
Again, the best solution is that which upsets the least amount of people as possible…

Go to s21-22 most top guilds alrwady having empty spots from players leaving others are on the fence

Ok there’s something I honestly need to say.
How can you accuse PerBlue of Baiting and Switching when they DIDN’T MEAN to have that deal be offered? They specifically said that it was a broken deal that was not intended to be offered, and whether people bought the deal or not, IT WOULD STILL BE UNFAIR. If PerBlue never deleted the deal and took away the Stamina, it would even MORE unfair for the people that DID have the offer like me, but couldn’t buy it. You all seriously need to chill out because this is just insane. I’m not saying that I excuse PerBlue of not giving refunds, but they didn’t Bait anybody. The deal was a glitch, and honestly if anything, it’s your fault just as much as theirs for buying a deal that was clearly OP as all get out.

The funny thing is, I know several f2p players who are just as angry about how this has gone down. It is pretty unanimous in their opinions that if you pay for something, you should receive that something.
So, the solution to anger the fewest amount of people seems to have angered the people who bought it, the people who never had the opportunity to buy it, and several people who never would have bought it in the first place. The only people satisfied with the results and not angry, are the people who went from level 1 to level 140 in the matter of a few hours.
The fact is that all received stamina for free, and the ppl who didnt get the deal are now far behind from those who got it (even if not used, they took other resources).
If u offer the deal to all, many players would quit??

As one of the oldest players on the Server 22 in playtime i saw a lot of issues the past year+
To keep the gap between f2p and p2w close is simply a lie and just said to disguise you can get more money from ppl offering crapy deals cause at some point you have to pay to stay on top especially with that insane 4 weeks cycle of new toons and levelcaps …
Personally i got the deal and although i knew it is a mistake i was pretty much glad to have it cause i only play with the monthly deal and though i can stay in the top 30 players on my server … this deal was the opportunity to get a few heroes on the same page like my core … as statet above its pretty hard to.do cause of the huge amount of toons coming up every few weeks …
I feel really hard betrayed … cuz though the compairisson maybe in money worth it but not in terms of game play …
Further i want to state … who gives me now the security that you dont do this with any deal i would have bought ?? Is this really your way to habdle issues wirh customers ?? Do you will do this again with other deals ? Oh sry … wasnt ment to be like this here is something else you dont need but be happy its more value … and btw we cant give you the money back sry …

I can understand everything written here. Free to share it or not.
But life is sometimes a question of opportunity. And of sensitivity.
And make an offer like that, after all that has happened, it means having neither one nor the other
Its irrelevant whether they meant to offer it or not. They advertised the offer publicly accepted the payments, then they issued the items and took them back. For it not to be a bait and switch refunds would be needed. They refuse to do that. Then they give you items you didn’t purchase in exchange. That is a textbook bait and switch. I would not have purchased red badge skills I’m sorry they are worthless without red heroes which I need stamina for. It’s outrageous and illegal.
And @Polaris still hasn’t addressed my comments. To date I have already taken the following action and will continue to press forward.
- Contacted my state attorney general.
- Contacted Disney directly
- Changed my rating from 5 to 1 star in app store
- Contacted a lawyer for possible class action suit.
Steps will continue until I am refunded or given my purchase back. Next up is FTC, google play refund, and closing my account. Really don’t want to because I made 140 before the package and was so excited to have the stamina to rank up. But I find no enjoyment of opening the app after being treated this way. It’s atrocious and all About perblues future income not levels, player gap or any of the reasons they have tried to use.

Btw, @Polaris afaik those premium stamina deals appeared on 15, 18 and 19 as well. Not just 21 and 22.
Anyway, is the delay of cap raise going to apply for 21 and 22 only or all the servers?
I am very disappointed in how this was handled and as a the second top player on server 22, this will be the end of my game play if some else is not done. I have spend tons of money on this game and for people to be 4 days played and level 140 with multiple red heroes is insane. Just because you replaced and compensated doesn’t make up for those that already spent all that stamina before you could get to taking it away. Then those that didn’t get the offer get 200 stam packs like how is that even comparable… I sincerely hope you all consider fixing this for everyone or you will lose most of the people in the top guilds on server 22. I have enjoyed this game but this is it for me I will be quitting within the week with no fix.

How can I trust them with any purchases going further. If buy a product and they change thE product without giving me an option for a refund then I have no reason to make additional purchases because I’ve essentially been swindled.
All my top toons are red and fully leveled with skills. I don’t need red skill crates. I take the time to do CW to earn them. I can barely afford to maintain 20 toons at this point. Why would I want red skills dropped randomly for the other 75 or so? I don’t have stamina to get any of those toons up.
Diamond crates are also useless. Most the time you get junk that you don’t need. And in both cases the rewards are random with odds against you to receive something of value.
We can control our destiny with stamina that’s why we paid for it.
They should’ve returned the deal to all. That was the only fair solution.
And yes several players already quit. I will also be quoting after I figure out how to get my value for the money they stole from me.
