@Polaris⊠if people made requests for account consolidation before the merge actually happened, when does that start since server merge complete now?
Will anything be done to balance the fact that lots of players were able to collect diamond quest rewards a second time?
I am missing my medaillon 2, both of them

We wanted to wait overnight and make sure everything was stable before consolidating accounts. Weâll get started on that this morning.
The contest chat medals - the players and guilds having those are determined by the contest history for the server. Since the contest history was maintained on servers 2 and 9, the medals from the other servers didnât transfer. Iâm sorry that wasnât in the announcement.
The points earned for the Hall of Fame did transfer, so those are all correct - itâs just the rank 1-3 medals for the last contest that did not. Those will change with the next couple weeks, so everyone will have a chance to get them again.

Thatâs unfortunate news i didnât want to hear about medallions, but thank you for the clear response. 
Besides the medallion issue and the diamond quest issue, the merge seemed to go smoothly on the playersâ end, so thank you Polaris and the PB team for the hard work

. By the way if I changed my name in the game since I submitted that ticket, does that matter since provided the account number as well in the ticket? Or would that cause any problems on your end?

Although Iâm sad to leave S8, I am happy to meet new friends and finally be able to talk with some forum friends over the game chats now! The merge has been exciting and the chats are chaotic with so many new people! But I canât wait to get to know them and crush the new competition!

Has anyone had their account merge go through yet? I submitted mine within a few hours of the merge completing, but am still waitingâŠ
Many people have requested for consolidation. And you said you sent a ticket a few hours after the merge. PB will assist you, but they have to get through the other consolidation requests
Unless you didnât read the instructions correctly and didnât put âAccount Consolidation Requestâ at the top of your ticket

Will contest rankings and prizes be improved used to be top 200 now not even top 2000 thats thewhole point of playing a later built server so you have a chance at the contests if not wont ever spend again!
contest rank prizes are based on percentage, so if you were rank 200 and are now rank 2000, in theory the amount of people within each contest bracket will have increased tenfold.
when did you create the ânewâ one?

Before the merge happened. I have multiple accounts on the server and according to the text, if I have multiple accounts on the server post merge, I can consolidate.
