@Loutre i asked for a consilidation inmidiatly after merge, how long will it take?. No respond or whatever on my ticket?
Per blu were only looking at consolidating accounts until 24 hours after the merg to make sure there was no bugs or problems. Iām guessing you will start to hear things on Monday seeing as itās the weekend now

I would assume that it would take one hour or one day. The timeframe to submit is 2 weeks.
Assume itāll take at least a week.
Take advantage of double everything right now instead of being impatient and demanding.

This usually takes 24-48h, but as now is weekend itās probably will happen on Monday.
I sort of figured. I would ask, āWhen will our accounts be consolidated?ā
I wouldnāt expect support to respond. There are lots of requests and PB will probably release them all at once.

I did it twice. And 3verytime it was in 24hours
Theyāre merging 4 servers into 3 other servers; this is quite a bit bigger than other mergers theyāve done in the past.
Not really though, merge history below:
August 2019: Servers 5 & 6 & 7
December 2019: Servers 2 & 3 & 4 & 8
December 2019: Servers 9 & 10 & 11 & 12
January 2021: Servers 13 & 15 & 17 & 20
January 2021: Servers 1 & 9
March 2021: Servers 14 & 16
October 2021: Servers 18 & 19
January 2022: Servers 1 & 2 & 5
January 2022: Servers 21 & 22
January 2022: Servers 23 & 24
So although 1 & 2 & 5 is big compared the last three mergers we had, the three before them were 4 servers into one.
But it just shows that player base is leaving, having to keep consolidate servers over and over againā¦

Technically yes, but also not truly. Loutre did say that leaving only a certain amount of servers helps with the focus on events, contests and such.
And Server 1 after this merge is more bloated than it was in January 2021 one.
100% understand.
With Yellow being available on all servers now, there could be a new contest relating to megabits or Codebase fights, which is interesting too.
I get that having a lot of servers spreads the dev teamās resources too. But just sad to see so many players leave.
Technically many many players are a bit of a showoffs anyway, so they might leave only due to themā¦ well, not being 1st in something etc.

I just want to confirm I requested consolidation correctly as I donāt contact support very often. When it said āsupport ticketā thatās the chat right? I asked right after the servers were merged and nothing has happened but I know itās the weekend and there are a lot of people requesting. I just wanted to make sure I did it in the right place. Thanks.
Iām staying off the account I want to delete because Iām afraid theyāll try to merge it while Iām there and Iāll somehow get stuck and not be able to get back to the one I want to keep. Not really sure how all this works.
Yes it is in the chat and the team will kick you out if they merge the account while you are on it - so donāt need to worry about that

Account consolidations are starting today. This is a manual process and there are lots of accounts to consolidate so it takes time. Please be patient.
