It’s not fair that someone can’t get all accounts merged.
No rule existed and so it all should be considered.
It’s like now I will get mad at Numi and everyone eho consolidated more than 5 accounts and needed to wait… of course everyone needs to wait it was said from beginning.
And you know it from who? Maybe they had just few items on each.
And even if they had a lot of stuff, they paid for all the stuff and theu should be consolidated if the player wishes for, as it’s the whole point and idea of this merge.
Numi is now 8th player in S1 (before around 300) due to resources gained, but where is the problem, they paid and used the machanics from the merge, and there never was a rule against merging 80 accounts. It’s ridiculous.
Someone else had 30 accounts, so where is the line? There never should be for this merge. Disgusting abuse and nothing else.
But if you think so this way… I guess it’s fine that badge crates from contests were reduced… they even should be reduced further… too much resource gained by players… not like they paid or used time (if not both)

Also, those crates are in the progress rewards whom usually most of the active people of the server would be able to obtain. So that wouldn’t create huge differences between players.

I can’t believe I am saying this, but I agree with @Musketeer-Endgame here.
People have asked were there limits on the forums to the amounts of accounts that can be merged into one and pretty sure loutre said it didn’t matter as long as the were the forever sole owner of said accounts (which I have a problem with that stipulation but that’s another story. ) Now they backtracking Becuase it’s too much work for their limited staff?
The backtracking and pretending the newest stipulation was there all along is the biggest problem.
Really should just say “will allow all merge requests up to x amount of accounts going foward” in my opinion
I also agree with what Musk said. A definite amount beyond which no consolidation would occur was never disclosed. By principle, such thing should be stated before the merge, not after.
However…
My guy (well, hopefully, no offense) we are comparing two accounts on another server + 6 vs 78 on one server.
So while I agree with Musk that by principles the account should be merged I also agree with Loutre and the support team in that it is way too much to have as THEY ARE ON SINGLE SERVER, not even the other one(s).
Ultimately it is up to PerBlue to decide what to do in this case and we chose to not consolidate all of the excessive accounts for that specific issue. It appears that they were made using a bot as they were all made at the same time.
We will be having a limit in the next consolidation.

The full discussion was unnecessary as I had already stated why support did not merge all accounts and that I had agreed with the choice.

Well I saw that you said that the accounts were created using some kind of bot, and I’m here to defend myself against that, all the accounts were created manually, and it took me about 2 hours to create all of them, I renamed some as “Bot”, so that he could make it easier for me when asking for the merge, as for the resources they had, they were just nonsense, after all, they were from 2 years ago, maybe at the time they were created, the resources were extremely good, but I’m not saying it would be bad, but it would help.
I know we’ve said this already, and it won’t help to keep hitting the same thing, but something I don’t understand, why were there people who managed to merge a large number of accounts? Although I couldn’t merge mine, and besides that I was only granted 3 merges, I searched a long time and didn’t find any rule that limited the accounts to be merged, the only thing it said was: “Send all accounts accounts I want to merge into a single ticket”, so that’s what I did, I agree that the number of accounts I asked to merge may have been an abusive number, but at no time did I break any rules that had been placed on the merge.
I’ve been playing for almost 4 years, and during the first merge, I understood that it was not possible to merge the accounts because they were new, but I still kept them for 2 years, and when the day finally came to be able to merge them, you decided that they were not would do it, just because they didn’t want to.

That makes sense. Just because there isn’t a rule doesn’t mean that people can assume that everything they ask for is ok. Those with more than 2 accounts say it’s unfair, but it’s way more unfair for those in the server that only have one account.
I don’t understand how someone can even make multiple accounts (that weren’t merged) on the same server. If they are multiples on one server, they should not considered for a merge.
When the game was first made available to the general public, I installed it on my phone and on my tablet; each install created an account, and they ended up on the same server.
I mean that seems fine. Though we should be able to sync on both devices. In that case, PB would decide how to handle it.

It’s not my call. I have no idea what types of accounts they were or if yours is the only case. Not sure why PB said ‘only 3’ either.
Anyone who is merging has consolidated their resources to one account and has a clear advantage over those who didn’t. Fair was thrown out the window a long time ago.
My question is how in the world did you have 76 accounts for one merge? Most don’t even have 2 let alone 2 devices.
Getting a little bit fed up now with how unstable the server are on server 1. Since the merg people are reporting more and more game crashes and slow loading times it’s getting rather annoying
