Smg4 Mickey lunges at a random enemy, dealing X damage and stunning that enemy for 13 seconds.
The stun may fail if the enemy is above level X.

Smg4 Mickey deals X extra damage for every debuff he has.
Stop Right There!
Smg4 Mickey heals X hp whenever he damages an enemy and gains 600 energy whenever he K.O.s an enemy.
