Hi everyone. Sorry for the late post but today’s the day. This is my original concept about Starcook. I already made him like months ago but I only decided to make a concept of him this month. Anyways, I hope you’ll enjoy this concept.

Animations
Basic Attack: Starcook slashes the closest enemy with his knife-sword.
Entrance: He walks to his position then polishes his sword.
Victory: He grabs a chocolate bar from inside his chef’s hat, and then he takes a bite of it.
Defeat: He accidentally throws his sword and gasps.

The player chooses which dish Starcook will use:

Starcook throws a piece of steak to the farthest enemy, dealing X damage and slowing their attack speed by 80% for 9 seconds. -
Basket of Fruits
Starcook gives a basket of fruits to the ally with the least HP, healing them with Z HP and giving them Z armor for 7 seconds. -
Mashed Potatoes
Starcook throws a handful of mashed potatoes to the enemy with the most skill power, dealing X damage and blinding them for 11 seconds.
While on auto, each option has an equal chance to work.
The attack speed decrease is less effecfive against enemies above level Y.
Knife Hit

NORMAL DAMAGE)
Starcook throws knives to the 3 enemies with the most basic damage, dealing X damage.
B-Oiling Point
( FANTASTIC DAMAGE)
Starcook pours a pot of hot oil to enemies, dealing X damage per second for 8 seconds and stunning the enemy with the most HP for 7 seconds.
The stun has a chance to fail against enemies above level Y.
Five Star Ratings
“Knife Hit” now deals 150% more damage to Damage and Control role enemies.
This skill is less effective against enemies above level Y.
Perfect Taste
“Special of The Day” now grants Starcook and the ally with the least skill power 4 stacks of Hardy, Z Reality and Z basic damage.
